Are you looking to advance in your career? Interested in improving the quality of your relationships? Desiring a better body image and self-image? Seeking clarity on how you can live a meaningful life? Struggling to manage all the competing demands put on you? Looking for ways to minimize the stress and maximize the joy in your life?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you can benefit from life coaching. Like every great athlete has a great coach to provide the feedback and support needed to take his/her game to the next level, every person can benefit from a life coach. The goals of the coaching process are to help you achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself. There’s no risk of failure because coaching is not based on you “becoming” something different than who you are. Coaching is about you living your authentic self with increasing frequency. You already are great, there’s no need to become anyone but who you are. Coaching can provide you with the systems of support to live out your greatness. View below why Google CEO, Eric Schmidt believes that “everybody needs a coach.”
I used go to sleep angry at myself if I hadn’t written enough or organized my closet. I read every book ever written on time management and organization. They were great and I learned so much but I wasn’t able to effectively implement them into my life that just left me feeling angrier at myself. When presented with an opportunity to work with a life coach, I realized that I could continue to enact this frustrating cycle or I could give myself the support I needed to create a cycle of success. I knew what I needed to do, but what I didn’t know was where to start, how to keep trying when I faced the invariable set-back, how to integrate the program into the reality of my life, how to deal with the conflicting emotions I had about trying something new.
My coaching experience provided me with a community of support and accountability that made all the difference for me. Within 90 days of working with my coach, I was able to decrease my stress, increase my physical and emotional energy, increase my cash flow, and reorganize my money and time so that it reflected my values and priorities. Through working with a coach, I was living out a cycle of success rather than a cycle of anger in my progress on my life goals. Each positive implementation I made fueled the next.
